Where to find your access code

Your access code location depends on how you were referred to Wave.

You should have received your Wave access code in a welcome email or on a flyer provided at your workplace. If you did not receive either of these, please contact your HR representative, who can provide the code for you.
If your doctor referred you to Wave, you should have received your access code in the flyer or email they provided. If you did not receive your code, please contact your doctor’s office and they can supply it for you.
