You’ll start with an assessment that will help us create a personalized plan and connect you with the right coach to fit your needs. You can schedule with your coach right in the app.

During your first session, you and your coach will get to know each other, discuss your goals, and collaborate on a plan to meet them. Between sessions, you can message with your coach 24/7, and your coach will reply during their normal business hours.

After you take your assessment, the app will create a program for you. Your coach can modify or update the program, giving you even more personalized recommendations based on what you discuss in your sessions.

Most sessions cost between $30 and $110, depending on your insurance. You can view pricing details for coaching sessions by entering your access code and insurance details during signup. After sign up, you’ll see available coaches and their pricing options when scheduling your first session.
