Emotional Wellbeing Coach (Remote - Full-Time)

About Wave

Wave is a mission-driven company dedicated to increasing everyone’s access to emotional wellbeing. We have built an ecosystem that delivers evidence-based care pathways, including an engaging digital therapeutic app and coach-led services. We aim to empower people to live the life they want, understanding that well-being is not one-size-fits all, and that all people benefit from the support of the right skills, delivered in the right way at the right time.

We are a female-founded company looking for driven, creative, and passionate team members to join us in our mission. We believe that an inclusive culture and diversity of thought are key components of one’s wellbeing in the workplace. If you’re passionate about making a significant impact on how people access mental health care and improve their emotional wellbeing, we’d love to hear from you!

The Role

We’re building a one-of-a-kind coaching team to help usher in a new paradigm of mental health care through our digital ecosystem.

As an Emotional Wellbeing Coach, you’ll provide short-term, evidence-based 1:1 coaching to a full caseload of clients through 30-minute video sessions. You’ll report to our Lead Emotional Wellbeing Coach and grow your practice through weekly supervisory rounds and regular quality reviews.

This is a fully remote, salaried exempt role open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. All of your working time, including documentation, team meetings and quality reviews, is paid.

We’re a growing team, so our processes evolve. We’re intentional and transparent about changes, and we value coaches who help us improve our workflows, the coach experience and the care our clients receive.

What You’ll do:

  • Use AI-supported workflows to work efficiently, while applying your own professional judgment

  • Complete session documentation the same day as each session

  • Manage your own scheduling, rescheduling and client communication by video and in-app messaging

  • Keep a consistent Monday–Friday schedule within our service hours of 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Central Time
